سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في Misska، نهتم براحتك وثقتك في كل طلب.

لذلك نوفر إمكانية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مجانًا لأول مرة فقط، حرصًا منا على تقديم تجربة مريحة وسهلة لعملائنا.

مدة تأكيد وشحن الطلب:
بعد إتمام الطلب من خلال موقعنا، يتم التواصل معكم لتأكيد الأوردر خلال 24 – 48 ساعة.

بعد التأكيد، يصل الطلب خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.

يرجى العلم أنه وفقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن، لا يُسمح بفتح الشحنة قبل الاستلام حفاظًا على سلامة المنتجات.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

• أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية تمامًا
• عدم استخدام أو غسل أو كي القطعة
• وجود التاجات والملحقات الأصلية
• وجود الفاتورة أو رقم الطلب

تتحمل Misska مصاريف الشحن لأول عملية استبدال أو استرجاع فقط.

في حالة طلب استبدال أو استرجاع أكثر من مرة لنفس الطلب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن.

في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع بالمنتج، تتحمل Misska جميع تكاليف الشحن والاستبدال.

الحالات التي لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج بها:
• المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة أو المكوية
• المنتجات التي تمت إزالة التاجات أو الملصقات الخاصة بها
• المنتجات التالفة أو غير الموجودة بحالتها الأصلية
• أي طلب مرّ عليه أكثر من 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام

Return & Exchange Policy

At Misska, your comfort and satisfaction always come first.

That’s why we offer free exchange or return for the first time only, making your shopping experience easier and more comfortable.

Order Confirmation & Shipping:
After placing your order through our website, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your order.

Once confirmed, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and shipping company.

Please note that according to shipping company policy, packages cannot be opened before receiving them to ensure product safety.

Returns & Exchanges:
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition
• The product has not been worn, washed, or ironed
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The invoice or order number is available

Misska covers shipping fees for the first exchange or return only.

For any additional exchange or return requests for the same order, shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

If the item has a manufacturing defect, Misska will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable cases:
• Used, washed, or ironed products
• Products with removed tags or labels
• Damaged products or items not in original condition
• Requests made after 14 days from delivery date
