في Misska، نحرص على توصيل طلباتك بأسرع وأفضل طريقة ممكنة 🤍

تأكيد الطلب:
بعد إتمام الطلب من خلال موقعنا، يتم التواصل معكم خلال 24 – 48 ساعة لتأكيد الأوردر.

في حالة عدم الرد بعد أكثر من محاولة، قد يتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

مدة الشحن:
بعد تأكيد الطلب، يتم الشحن خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة وشركة الشحن.

تكلفة الشحن:
تظهر تكلفة الشحن بشكل واضح أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء قبل تأكيد الطلب.

يرجى العلم:
• لا يُسمح بفتح الشحنة قبل الاستلام وفقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن
• في حالة رفض استلام الطلب بدون سبب واضح، قد يتم منع استخدام خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام في الطلبات القادمة

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order through our website, our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm your order.

Orders may be automatically canceled if we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts.

Shipping Time:
Once confirmed, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location and shipping company.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before confirming your order.

Please Note:
• Packages cannot be opened before receiving them according to shipping company policy
• Rejected orders without a valid reason may result in limiting Cash on Delivery service for future orders
